Search Technology Center - opened by Microsoft in China

I am watching with a lot of interest the evolution of search technologies in China - everyone knows about baidu.com (which seems to be the fifth most visited site on the internet, according to Alexa, just behind MSN, Yahoo and Google).

But one interesting piece of news (that I've missed in my vacation). Microsoft is getting serious about boosting research around search technologies in China. The new Search Technology Center was launched one month ago in Beijing.
