Here is a list of all the published docs for ADFS as of August 2006. Some deliverables can be downloaded in document format while others are Web browsable.
- ADFS Overview
This document includes many of the important conceptual topics originally published in the ADFS Help (R2).
- ADFS Step-by-Step Guide
This guide provides instructions for setting up ADFS in a small test lab environment. This latest version (posted in March 2006) includes instructions for setting up Windows SharePoint Services, SharePoint Portal Server 2003 and a sample claims-aware application.
- ADFS Design Guide
This guide provides recommendations to help you plan a new ADFS deployment based on the requirements of your organization and the particular design that you want to create.
- ADFS Operations Guide
This guide provides steps for managing and troubleshooting existing ADFS deployments. This includes instructions for how to create and manage federation server proxy and federation server farms.
- ADFS MOM Pack
The ADFS Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) Pack provides information useful for determining the health state of ADFS. To read the document format, first download and run the .msi file and then read the Microsoft Windows ADFS Management Pack Guide.doc file.
- ADFS SDK
The SDK details the ADFS namespaces (System.Web.Security.SingleSignOn and System.Web.Security.SingleSignOn.Authorization) and is intended for use by web-based application developers, both internally and externally focused and ISVs developing extranet-focused applications.
