AD FS V1 SDK -- Priorities

As we've built up a list of topics that should be covered in the AD FS v1.x SDK, it rapidly became clear that we do not have the resources to develop all of this content as quickly as we would like.  So, like in so many other places, we must prioritize.

Luckily, MSDN and the Windows SDK are released on a periodic basis, so we can generate content and release it over time, instead of forcing you to wait until we've completed every last bit.

We've done a lot of research with the AD FS dev team and with customers to come up with work items and priorities.  Some of the items we would like to cover for the first update include:

-- Setting up Visual Studio to write code for AD FS v1

-- A resource to help you decide what parts of the SDK you should explore based on your desired scenario

-- A walkthrough on building a custom claims transformation module, along with sample code

-- Instructions on how to customize the ASP.NET UI that AD FS presents (such as clientlogin.aspx)

-- An introduction to integrating AD FS with other applications

It's important to us to make sure that we're working on the most urgent issues first, so we would love to get more feedback from you, our loyal readers, as to what you think is most desperately needed in the AD FS v1.x SDK!

Personally, I'd like to see the walkthrough on building a custom claims transform module (along with whatever corresponding setup actions may be required); I think that this has the ability to do some pretty interesting things, but i'm not entirely sure to go about attacking it. ...just my $.02 Thanks!
