Windows PE? No, but close enough...
Called the BartPE environment, is a tool to create a bootable ISO image for running setups, rescues, etc etc. Don't need to license Windows PE from Microsoft.
Tons of plugins and a gui environment for running common tools and utilities.

Way to go, Bart!

True - but is it legal? It uses binaries from a regular Windows XP installation - how does the licensing situation work with that? - Anonymous

From what I understand, it is legal because it uses your original media to get its source files from. But other than that, I'm no lawyer :) - Anonymous
