Media eXperience Analyzer does not start - .Net Runtime Error

Question

Dear All,

I installed the Windows Assessment and Deploymnent Toolkit (ADK 10.1.25398.1) on an almost fresh Windows 10 Education 22H2. When trying to launch the Media eXperience Analyzer, nothing happens. The windows event log holds some information, I'll post it below. Does somebody have an idea on how to fix this "System.IO.FileLoadException" error?
