Tenant kann nicht gewechselt werden

Question

Hallo,

wir haben folgendes Problem bei uns im Unternehmen. Ein interner Mitarbeiter hat eine Gasteinladung für das Tenant bekommen. Das konnte er auch erfolgreich beitreten. Unter mein Konto -> Organisationen steht das externe Unternehmen auch aufgelistet. Er kann es jedoch nicht ins sein Teams sehen und dann das Tenant wechseln. Der externe Kunde hat das beitreten bestätigt. Bei einer anderen Mitarbeiterin geht es auch... die Berechtigung, ... sind auch geprüft.

Hat da jemand eine Lösungsidee? Danke

If you have accepted the invitation and want to switch to a guest tenant, please try:

1. Click your avatar in the upper right corner of Teams.
2. The tenant where the guest account is located will be displayed above "Add another account".
3. Click the tenant name to switch.
