Issue Linking Credly Account with Microsoft Learn?

Hello,

I have a Credly account with Microsoft certifications.

When I log into Microsoft Learn (using the same email address), I do not see these certifications.

They are not synchronized between my accounts, and I am also unable to link both accounts to enable synchronization.

An acquaintance of mine, however, could link them with microsoft support's help.

I would appreciate your assistance. It seems that a similar case was already discussed here: https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/en-us/mcp/forum/all/how-to-link-credly-certification-to-microsoft/5b1d31dd-6f84-4f69-b345-65c6b1ed72a4, but it was resolved in a private chat with support.
