Obwohl gemäss Asus für mein Motherboard Asus ROG STRIX Z790 Gaming-E angeblich das 24H2 Update freigegeben ist, erscheint bei mir noch immer kein Update unter Windows Update. Ich habe aktuell Windows 11 23H2, Systembuild 22631.4751 installiert und bin etwas verwundert.
Daher bitte ich um Support zur Behebung des Problems, eine detaillierte Anleitung und um Bestätigung, ob das 24H2 Update grundsätzlich für meine Hardware verfügbar ist.

Es wird empfohlen, dass Sie eine Neuinstallation von Win11 24H2 mit dem Installationsassistenten durchführen. Erstellen Sie eine gute Datensicherung, bevor Sie eine Neuinstallation durchführen.

hi hania, I did the installation on Friday with a Microsoft support employee and it did not work with the installation due to driver or service incompatibility. Unfortunately, the employee left too quickly afterwards, which is regrettable. The error message that is displayed when the installation is canceled is:
“This PC cannot be upgraded to Windows 24H2. Your PC has a driver or service that is not ready for this version of Windows. Windows Update will automatically offer you this version of Windows once the problem has been resolved.”
My system is stable and I have no problems at all. Windows was reinstalled 1 year ago and I don't know how to fix the problem. I keep my system and drivers up to date and update whenever updates are available. In the Device Manager, all drivers are shown as error-free and I have no exclamation marks. However, I currently don't know what to look for in the services to identify incompatibilities. I would therefore be grateful for any help. Asus has confirmed that all Asus drivers are 24H2 compatible.

Hallo, habe die genau gleichen Komponenten und das gleich Problem. Hast du es mittlerweile in den Griff bekommen? Wenn ja, wie?
ja soeben. ich habe easy anti-cheat software installiert. nach kompletter deinstallation hat das update fehlerfrei funktioniert. bin aber wieder zurück auf 23h2 da ich fuer iracing die software benötige. bin froh die ursache herausgefunden zu haben aber.
