- Clear the user's local cache folders, (as you have already done) C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneAuth and C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Microsoft\IdentityCache.
- Make sure all relevant registry keys are correctly configured, such as DisableADALatopWAMOverride, DisableAADWAM, and DisableMSAWAM under HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity.
Errors [48v35] and [58tm1]: These errors may be related to configuration issues in the Citrix environment.
- Check and update the configuration of the Citrix Virtual Desktop Agent, especially the registry values related to (HKLM\Software\Citrix\Citrix Virtual Desktop Agent).
- Ensure that all components on the Citrix Workspace app and server are up to date. Please refer to Citrix Troubleshooting.
