Power Apps Nested Galerie ParentItem

Question

I got some Data, its a collection of 4 days with the columns Title(Weekday names) then a Collection(collected Meal) and a Collection of available Meal. This Data is shown in my App in 2 Nested Galeries, the first displays the day of the week, for every day then there is the available Meal displayed with a checkbox. My Question is: How can i access the Collection Collected Meal From the checkbox in the nested Galerie, i want, if the checkbox is checkt , the id of this item should be added to the Collection of the ParentItem so that in the end, I have a Collection for every Weekday inwith the checked Meals ID is collected
