Nach dem Anwenden von .NET 4.6 oder höher-Updates vom September 2018 tritt bei der Durchforstung ein Fehler auf, und es werden ähnliche folgende Einträge angezeigt:

Der Konfigurationsabschnitt für SqlColumnEncryptionEnclaveProviders ist nicht definiert, ist aber für den .NET Sql-Client erforderlich.
Lösung 1:

Lösung 2:
