Metadata Page (Master Data Manager, Explorer)
Use the Metadata page to view user-defined metadata for master data objects including models, entities, hierarchies, attributes, and attribute groups. For example, when exploring an entity, open the Metadata page to view additional information about the entity.
This page contains two panes: Filters and Metadata.
Filters
Use the Filters pane to filter the list of user-defined metadata in the Metadata pane.

Metadata type |
Select the supported object type for which to display metadata. |
Model |
Select a model. |
Entity |
Select from the available entities. Entity is available only if you select something other than Model as the Metadata type. |
Attribute |
Select objects for attribute, attribute group, and hierarchy. The objects displayed are based on the value in the Metadata type list. For example, if Attribute is the selected object type, this list displays all attributes for the current entity. |
