Determines if a given managed pointer to a value of type T is a null reference.

The elemental type of the managed pointer.
Parameters
- source
- T
The managed pointer to check.
Returns
true if source is a null reference; otherwise, false.
Remarks
This check is conceptually similar to (void*)(&source) == nullptr.
