Monitor Descriptor Range Limits Test
This automatic test verifies that the monitor descriptor implements monitor range limits unless display only supports discrete timings. Each monitor descriptor (Display or EDID) contains an extension block of type 0xFD and 0x25 respectively from which the video range limits are embedded. Such bit should be present unless the monitor only supports discrete timings.
