Commerce chat with proactive chat parameters

In the Properties pane of the Commerce Chat with Omnichannel for Customer Service and Commerce Chat with Microsoft Copilot Studio modules in Commerce site builder, you'll find the proactive chat properties that you can customize as needed.

These proactive chat properties are blank by default, and we recommend that you look further into these properties and set them as needed. This action will prevent inaccurate proactive chats from being deployed.

The parameters that you can customize include various settings that can be related to wait time, number of page visits, specific page(s), specific country/region, date range, total number of items in cart, total amount in cart, or specific product(s) in cart.
