Testuje, zda dva char_type znaky jsou stejné.

Parametry

• _Ch1
  První dva znaky zkouší rovnosti.

• _Ch2
  Druhé dva znaky zkouší rovnosti.

Vrácená hodnota

true Pokud první znak je rovna hodnotě druhého znaku; jinak false.
