IsConstantVrátí zda reprezentované tuto proměnnou kód umístění úložiště je nastavitelná.

Deterministický může být po provedení určité typy úprav, což znamená, že jejich hodnoty nelze dovolávat vždy zůstat stejné hodnoty prvků modelu kód jako třídy, struktury, funkce, atributy, delegátů a tak dále.
