SSE4A and Advanced Bit Manipulation Intrinsics
The Visual C++ compiler makes the following Supplemental Streaming SIMD Extensions 4A (SSE4A) available. With all instrinsics, you must ensure that the underlying processor supports the instruction before you use it. Use the __cpuid instruction to determine what functionality your processor supports.
