Generates a warning trace when the indentLevel, format, and args parameters are specified.

indentLevel
An integer that represents the number of spaces to indent a message. A value of 1 equals three spaces.

format
A string that contains zero or more indexed placeholders that correspond to objects in the args list of this method.
