Model Explorer Page (Master Data Manager, System Administration)
Use the Model Explorer page to view models, entities, and attributes in a tree structure. Use this page to add, edit, or delete entities and attributes.
This page contains two panes: Explorer and Details.

The Details pane is displayed when you click any node in the model.
Explorer
Use the Explorer pane to view models, entities, and attributes. You can expand and collapse nodes in the tree to view related entities and attributes.
Select the root Models node to display a list of all models in the Details pane.
Select a specific model to display all available entities in the Details pane.

Edit selected item |
Opens the Edit Attribute page, from which you can edit the selected attribute name. |
Delete selected item |
Deletes the selected entity or domain-based attribute.

Details
Use the Details pane to edit entities.
After you create an entity, drag it from the Details pane to the Explorer pane.
If you drag an entity to a model, the entity becomes a base-level entity.
If you drag the entity to another entity, the entity becomes a domain-based attribute. If a domain-based attribute with the same name already exists, a 1 is appended to the attribute name.

Opens the Edit Entity page. For models, you can edit the model name from this page. For entities, you can edit the entity's hierarchies and attributes. |
Add item |
Opens the Add Entity page, from which you can add an entity. |
Delete selected item |
Deletes the selected entity. The model or entity and all associated data are deleted and cannot be recovered. |
