Manage Version Flags Page (Master Data Manager)

Use the Manage Version Flags page to manage version flags for a model.

Control

Control Name	Description
Model	Select a model to display all associated flags in the grid. Flags you create are associated with this model. Only models for which you are a model administrator are displayed.

Model

Only models for which you are a model administrator are displayed.

Button Name	Description
Add flag	Creates a new grid row. Add a flag by completing the fields in this row.
Delete selected flag	Deletes the selected flag. This action is available only when a row in the grid is selected.
Save flag	Saves the entries in the grid row. This action is available only when you are creating a new flag.
Cancel	Discards the changes in the grid row. This action is available only when you are creating a new flag.

Column Name	Description
Name	Specify the name of the flag. This name must be unique within the model. Note Double-click this cell to edit it. Press ENTER to save.
Description	Optional value. Specify a description for the flag. Note Double-click this cell to edit it. Press ENTER to save.
Committed Versions Only	Specify whether the flag can be used with all versions, or with committed versions only. Possible values are: True: The flag is used for committed versions only False: The flag is used for all versions

Name

Specify the name of the flag. This name must be unique within the model.

Description

Optional value. Specify a description for the flag.
