Model View Page (Master Data Manager, Explorer)
Use the Model View page to view and edit the model's entities, attributes, hierarchies, and collections.
When you first open this page, it is displayed in one of two ways:
With only an Entities section that lists base-level entities. These base-level entities are defined in the System Administration section of the application. You must select an entity to display the Attributes, Explicit Hierarchies, My Collections, and All Collections sections associated with that entity.
In the context of a single entity, with Attributes, Explicit Hierarchies, My Collections, and All Collections sections associated with that entity. This is the view when you have only one base-level entity for a model, or when you select a base-level entity from the Entities section.
This page contains five panes:
Attributes
Derived Hierarchies
Explicit Hierarchies
My Collections
All Collections

Derived Hierarchies
Use the Derived Hierarchies pane to view the hierarchies that have been created for the primary entity in the model. Derived hierarchies are created automatically and their defining relationships are based on, or derived from, attribute relationships and attribute hierarchies. A derived hierarchy is automatically updated and maintained as relevant attributes are assigned and modified.
Click a hierarchy name to open its corresponding Hierarchy page.
