Creates and inserts an AlgorithmParameter, with the specified name and value, into the collection at the specified index.

Parameters

index
The zero-based index at which the new AlgorithmParameter will be inserted.

name
The name of the AlgorithmParameter to be inserted.

value
The value of the AlgorithmParameter to be inserted.

The AlgorithmParameter inserted into the collection.

ArgumentOutOfRangeException	index is less than zero. -or- index is equal to or greater than H:Microsoft.AnalysisServices.ModelComponentCollection.Count.
