Supported Topologies for Call Management

You can deploy the Call Park, Response Group, and Announcement applications in the following topologies and configurations:

  • On Standard Edition

  • On Enterprise Edition

You cannot deploy the Call Park, Response Group, and Announcement applications on a Survivable Branch Appliance.

Note

Call Park, Response Group, and Announcement are not available in resiliency mode.

These call management applications always run on Front End Servers when Enterprise Voice is deployed.
