Microsoft Lync Server 2010, Best Practices Analyzer scans computers in your network that are running the Lync Server 2010, A/V Conferencing Server to determine if applicable updates are installed. This includes all A/V Conferencing Servers collocated with Front End Servers and Standard Edition servers, and all stand-alone A/V Conferencing Servers. The reports generated by the scan indicate if an update is missing from a server.

Update 2467776 fixes an issue with Lync Server 2010, A/V Conferencing Server. If a report indicates that this update is not installed on a specific computer, you should install it on that computer to fix the issue.
