Divider Constructor

Initializes a new instance of the Divider class.

Remarks

If you use this particular constructor overload, neither the Strokes collection nor the RecognizerContext object is created.

A System.Win32Exception is raised if the underlying COM InkDivider library (inkdiv.dll) is not found.
