Gets the qualified name ( QName ).

The qualified name, including prefix.

The qualified name is in the format <prefix>:<name>, where prefix is the value of the Prefix property and name is the value of the Name property.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
