ICMP verze 6 je sada zpráv pro použití s protokolem IPv6 (Internet Protocol verze 6). Protokol ICMP používají uzly IPv6 k hlášení chyb, ke kterým došlo při zpracování datových paketů, a k provádění dalších funkcí vrstvy internetu. ICMP verze 6 je definován v IETF RFC 1885.
Protokol IPv6 není podporován v počítačích s operačními systémy Windows 2000 nebo staršími.
