Parameters

startTime: Nullable<DateTimeOffset>

The earliest point in time to get messages up to. The timestamp should be in ISO8601 format: yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ssZ.

cancellationToken: CancellationToken

The cancellation token to use.
