    I have 10 users of various Pocket PC devices that utilize Activesync with mobile schedules set to sync "as items arrive". This feature has been working beautifully for over a year. For some reason, it has just stopped. I have Exchange 2003 SP1 on a Windows 2000 server and am not aware of any changes that have been made to our configuration.

    In addition, if I keep the PPC cradled it DOES auto-sync with Exchange Server (even though it may not have sync'd with the Desktop).

    I can set the mobile schedule to sync at specific intervals (every 5, 10, etc minutes) and it works... just no more auto-update. I have searched Technet and every other resource I can find and don't see anything that can help me. Can you shed some light on this problem? Thanks in advance for any assistance you can give me.
