Zune HD gets Facebook

I can’t remember a time at Microsoft when I had so much to blog about. It’s keeping me up late at night to keep you abreast of everything (well, not everything) that is going on. Windows Phone, Natal, Cloud, Surface…..and now Zune HD with a funky new Facebook app. Okay so we’re not in the iPhone apps stratosphere but as an avid Zune HD fan I’m pleased to add this alongside my Twitter app. Like the Twitter app on Zune, the UI is very elegant – some are saying it foreshadows what app will look like on Windows Phone 7 Series. I dunno about that but so far I like what I’ve seen. I particularly like the way you can post details of your currently playing music to your Facebook wall which then look like this

Nice touch and if Windows Phone 7 apps do look like this, I’ll be a happy man.

[update] there seem to be a few teething problems with accessing data from the app.

    Yeah that's so good!The Zune HD lets you play the best portable music.Its brilliant display with radio tuner and long battery life and also offers movie rentals with subscription music integration.Facebook is the most popular utility to connect with friends and its network is growing day by day so its beneficial for Zune hd.
