Last week we announced that a 64gb Zune HD will be available (yes, US and Canada only, I know, I know…) from Zune Originals. Ahead of that, the Zune 4.5 firmware was announced today with the Smart DJ feature from the desktop software now built in to your device. Also is 4.5 is expanded video codec support, and the ability to browse, stream and purchase Zune Marketplace music directly from a TV when connected. 

Rock on…so to speak. Oh and just plug your Zune in to your PC to get the update via the desktop software. Connect your Zune HD to the Zune PC software, go to Settings, Device, Player Update. There will be an option to ‘check for updates’ or 'update,' click the button, update

    This is a first for me. The Zune HD is not in Canada and you cannot purchase a Zune HD from the Zune originals site. I still really want to buy a 32 GB or even a 64GB BRING IT TO CANADA EH!

    I have some troubles downloading the 4.5 firmware update. I got the 80190197 error and don't have any ideas why. Can somebody help me please?
