    I deleted several thousand lines of code in a refactoring exercise. I came across some files that were code generated (code generation tool now long lost) and have since been replicated and modified in a second project. After a lot of work I now have one instance of these files and I’m looking to reduce these further since some functionality has been removed but the code still remains. Once I have the code base cleaned up, I can then proceed on to the database which has suffered similar neglect.
